Description of Services

Pompie's Mobile Notary provides mobile notary public services and wedding officiant services throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, and Manatee counties, Florida. We travel to a location of your choosing to complete appointments.

Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments are confirmed by phone or through our booking form. We don't currently have a formal cancellation policy — as a courtesy, please let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel.

Fees & Payment

Fees vary by service type, number of documents, location, and timing. Pricing is provided by phone before your appointment is confirmed. We accept cash, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, and check. We don't charge a separate travel fee, though availability for appointments farther from our service area may vary — call to confirm we can accommodate your location.

Notary Services Disclaimer

As a Florida Notary Public, we verify identity, witness signatures, and administer oaths where required. We are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice, prepare legal documents, or tell you what type of document you need. Please consult a licensed attorney for legal questions about your documents.

Wedding Officiant Services

When acting as a wedding officiant, we perform the ceremony as agreed with you in advance. We recommend confirming Florida marriage license requirements with your local county clerk's office ahead of your ceremony date.

Limitation of Liability

We perform our services with care and professionalism, but to the extent permitted by law, Pompie's Mobile Notary is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
